An article in a deer magazine said that clover plots need to be substitued with greens every two or three years to prevent disease in clover plots. Has anyone experienced this problem?
I think some expert with whitetail institute clover said this.

Often crops need to be trotated to keep a species specific disease from building up in the plot soil, but other than a few funguses, I haven't seen many problems with long-lived perennial clover plots.

I have never had problems out of funguses in clovers, and I've had huge problems out of funguses in brassicas, never plant them in the same place twice. I would think a grain of some sort would be better to use for rotation because of the added soil structure and the disease resistance.
