BP sent used product

so i ordered the redhead strutting tom 2 days ago and get it today on the front porch. Upon opening the rather weird looking box i look at the artificial fan that comes with it and it has had a broadhead shot through it. To say the least i'm a tad bit disappointed in basspro and pretty POed

Take it easy and give them a chanse to make it right.

I once bought a camera at Walmart, and upon taking it out of the box I noticed it had one of those labels with a person's name on it. At least it didn;t say "Property of Bart Simpson"

Well after getting through to customer service they handled the problem the best they could have. I was happy with the way it turned out and they're shipping a new one out this week. I guess just a bump in the road.

I got one of the fans like that and the hole looks like a broadhead went thru it. It's for hooking the fan to the decoy,on mine anyway...
