Waterproofing product

Over the yrs. I have tried several over the counter/ non commercial products and found one to work really well (Atsko Silicone water guard) they are the same company that manufactures the Sno Seal leather boot seal.

A few months ago I attended a graduation party and got into a conversation about waterproofing different items and one spoke up and asked if I had heard about a product called "Never Wet"?
I said no, he raved about it for 30 mins about all the stuff he did and how well it worked. So, I tracked it down and tried it..............the guy was not kidding. It is amazing to say the least. It is being marketed by Rustoleum and can be purchased at Lowe's.

I can see this being used on Socks, shoes, ATV seats (no dew to sit on), tents, hunting blinds, etc. Pretty interesting product! Any idea what it costs?

Everything I have seen it sprayed on had a whitish filmy look over the top of it. It was working for the folks, but I wouldn't spray it on anything that I didn't care about the film.
