I loved my DXT as well. It was a great bow that I killed a ton of deer with. Is the technology night and day difference between the brand new bows and the DXT? No, it's not. But there are some subtle differences that can be noticed if you shoot a lot of archery. A DXT will kill a deer just as efficiently as a BTX-28 it'll just do it a lot cheaper [emoji6]

Shoot a few of the new ones if you want to. If one knocks your socks off, and you can afford the upgrade, go for it, it may just make you appreciate the one you have more.

I bought my first Mathews ultralight the first year they came out. It was a great bow. 81% left off. I thought how could they get any better. I bought a used switchback xt several years ago. I really like the draw cycle, speed, and accuracy of my switchback. The new bows are probably better, but I can kill just as many with my xt.

My Mathews Reezen is 7 years old. I shoot it very accurately and doubt I could buy a bow today that is appreciably faster. I just see no reason to replace it.
