I know all Remingtons aren't like that. Theres no why mine would shoot as good as it does if it was. It is amazing how slick the customs barrels are though.

Now that's cool! I just bought a Rem 700 in 270 and had the barrel lapped. I'd love to see what it looks like before I take it to the range.
