My wife and I love it! I core mine with a PVC pipe and stuff it with jalapeños then plug the ends with about an inch or so of the core and anchor that with toothpicks. Throw it on the smoker and wait. Good stuff!

Yes it does, try it on the smoker with bbq sauce, oh yeah.
