body heater suit

has anyone use one of these heater suit.

I use one 260rem. One of the most aggravating things to use, but I use it all the time. You will NOT get cold. Hard to get in and you have to roll it up afterwards and about the size of a sleeping bag, so awkward to carry. Did I mention you will NOT get cold, so I put up with it.

thanks for the reply. I hunting in some cold weather for Tennessee this year made me start thinking about getting something warmer.

A guy I worked for in college was just telling me about this over the Christmas holiday. Avid hunter is an understatment - he spent six weeks in Ohio hunting a 200+ buck then several other weeks in Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Kansas. He said you get this on when you climb into your stand (ladder for him). There is a zipper like conneciton in the front and when you need to get out, unzip, and you're there. He said while others were going back to camp from the cold, he was comfy cozy in his heater suit. Sounds like a good idea.

I havent but a buddy of mine loves his, he hunts all over the midwest and ky ,tn.

I got one last year and love it. Like mentioned above it can be a bit of a pain to lug in but it's great.

i was surprised that they run small
i'm 5'8" 170 lbs and the large is kinda tight

They need to just make a model from the shin down and I'd be good...only thing gets slightly cold are the feet

I have one. Will not get cold. Most of the time I wear less clothes to compensate. I like it when it's really cold
