Is this blight? Anything y'all do to treat or just let it ride?

I don't know what that is. But it sure looks like what happened to my wife's plants while she was on a cruise and I was supposed to be watering them and didn't. Luckily for me, when she got home and watered them, they recovered.

Good luck finding out what caused that.
 
Not sure of the malady but recommend you prune off all affected leaves agitate to soil and spray the plants and soil with neem oil. If this problem persists consider planting some more new plants elsewhere. Do not plant tomatoes here for a year or two. Looks like you may have more than one problem with the curl and the brown spots and earlier than I have ever seen it.
Make sure you don't over water and do NOT spray the plants, just moisten the soil.

Not an expert but battled a list of tomato problems last year and I honestly believe that the cure was the August heat! Had an amazing October crop!🤪
