Blade Roast Barbacoa

I don't think it's a super authentic recipe, but the barbacoa recipe on the Meateater website caught my eye the other day. So I thawed out a venison blade roast and did that today. The first pic is the grilled tomatillos, chiles, onions, and garlic that you blend to make the braising sauce. Pretty tasty!
