Black Beans and Rice

My two girlfriends, my PT and her exceptionist have requested some black beans and rice with tossed salad and raspberry vinegarette dressing so I guess I'm cooking tomorrow. Now if I could just find a little tasso.

Bro's Cajun Cuisine in Nashville (3200 block of Charlotte Pike) used to carry Tasso. Diners,Drive-ins and Dives just filmed there about a week ago. Not sure when it will be on tv.

Do you know if they still have it? What did they charge? I used to eat a Bro's but it seems like its hit or miss and it missed one too many times and I have not been back since. I love their catfish when they are on their game.

Don't know if they still have, been too long since I've been there. Tailgated at a UT game 5-6 years ago with one of the cooks, that's about as close as I've been in a while.
