Looking for a bipod for coyote hunting. AR 15 with swivel stud on the upper. I would like to have the option to lay down and sit up so I'm not sure if I need an attached bipod or sticks. Suggestions and brands?

Watch this YouTube video on making shooting sticks out of fiberglass fence posts and rubber Castration Rings.

The rings are the most expensive, but if you make enough they only cost you about $5 each for the shooting sticks, and the rubber rings last for years. They also make great walking sticks. Buy a fancy short bipod for prone shots, and the fence post ones work for sitting or kneeling on one knee.

For a bipod attached to rifle I highly recommend the Caldwell with the option to tilt gun from side to side.
For sitting or standing, my suggestion is the Vanguard with 2 adjustable legs. Easy to adjust in height and not cumbersome to carry.
I have used sticks of different types and sizes- they do work. However I prefer to have a rubber V or U yoke to rest my rifle stock in when gun is not in use. That way I do not have to hold the gun or sticks all the time.

After a lot of searching, I went with Bass Pro's 3n1 sticks. I figured I can get a lot of use deer hunting with this in a ground blind and for all coyote situations.

I had so much trouble with shooting sticks I gave it up. Absolutely could not hold still. Tried them again this year, just can't adapt. I was told to practice more but nuttin seemed to work.
