I'd guess it was someone looking for an edge over some other blinds. Hope there wasn't too many blinds caught as collateral damage from an idiot in a nearby blind. They've shut down whole fields in Camden because one blind baited and it located such that the banned area got all the nearby blinds.

Sad.
I just don't understand it.

Last year the top blind in the area got shut down for bait.
They would have stomped them even without bait too.

Guess for some people even great blinds are never good enough.

Gotta keep ahead of the Jones's I guess.

is it that or is that some nearby hunter baited those blinds so that it couldn't be hunted? Its a shame either way. I'd love to try duck hunting but it sure seems like it can be a lot of trouble too.

I told a guy this morning at work that this one reeks of jealousy baiting to me.
The exact senerio you described. Someone could be mad because they didn't get drawn or someone got mad because someone bought a blind and stopped it all by throwing out some bait.

When the hunting gets good I will holler at you.
We should do really well later in the year when we get the right wind but our spot isn't good enough for anyone to mess with trying to mess it up...... I hope. :)
