Big rack,big mystery

Had a friend send me a pic of this monster. He said it was taken in the Friendship,Crockett Mills area along the middle fork of the Forked Deer River. Has anyone else heard anything else of this behemoth

Great buck!!! The head looks abnormally large and is turned backwards. This picture is not showing the front of the rack. I am slightly suspicious on this one.

I mean the deer could have come from anywhere, but why is holding it backwards suspicious?

Was thinking the same as this. Skull looks like it has been sitting in the elements.

If this was a deer killed by a hunter, would assume they would want it mounted.

Even the skull looks huge . Skull also appears to be a little dirty for a deer that was shot. Maybe thats where some of the suspicions are coming from?
