Had a blast fishing this past weekend with my dad. If any one ever gets a chance to fish one of these, don't take it too serious and have fun! Weather was awful, but I managed to catch a few that I got weighed. There were 3000 people in the tournament. Tournament is set up so you weigh bass in during time slots and I ended up weighing 3 in, but only one stayed on the board. They are constantly updating the scoreboard throughout the time slot so you know where you stand. Saturday as soon as we got the boat out of the water and covered up we had a massive hailstorm come through. Biggest hail I have ever seen! They have a 500$ prize if you catch a bass that is 3.00lbs, 4.00lbs, 5.00lbs, or 6.00lbs. I caught one that weighed 2lbs 15oz so we ran in and it weighed in 2.97lbs. There were a lot of jokes made about the walleye fisherman and stuffing weights in fish. I ended up catching a 2.75, 2.97, 3.49, and a 4.66(26th place in the timeslot) The last one ended up winning me 250$. Overall it was a fun weekend fishing with my dad!

Truck and boat were fine. It was hammering the truck pretty good, but we couldn't see any dents. We did pull under a few trees as soon as it started to try to lighten the impacts. I felt like the bigger ones were going to come straight through the windshield.
