Just moved into a new house that has a beautiful yard with Bermuda. My question: What can I do to keep it in GREAT shape? I want it to be as GREEN and THICK as I can get it. I know thats what everyone wants but I do not want the yard to look horrible now that we own it. What tips suggestions can you experts give me? Thanks in Advance!

Mow it low and plenty of water. Don't have irrigation system get one. Do a soil sample. Too many people just throw money away fertilizing wrong. Spray regiment of round up when it's dormant 24d in spring msma in heat of summer and spring and fall feedings. Good luck

Hope you don't plan on gardening, the wild bermuda around here is the garden's worst enemy, impossible to get rid of and almost impossible to keep out of the beds, and turns brown in the winter which doesn't really bother me, but it's real thick and green in the summer. Just keep it away from the garden, I hate it pretty much.

Early pre-emergent weed and feed worked really well when we lived in FL. TIMING is really important.
