Picked this up this weekend appears to be in like new condition . Other than home defense what can it be used for?

If I'm not mistaken, those don't use choke tubes and come with a wide open choked barrel.
It may shoot a rifled slug with some degree of accuracy, if you wanted to use it for deer. You'd have to try it to see.
For turkey, I don't know how that open choke would pattern TSS. Again, you'd have to try it to see.
Maybe you could swap out the barrel. That would give you more options.
