In the Chickamauga Dam Tailwaters there are some "hawg" smallmouth to be found... they're few and far between, but find one and he's likely to be big.
Stripers are showing up intermittently, but it's very hit or miss. I caught a 20-pounder Saturday... the first striper I've caught on topwater in years. Some VIDEO HERE.
As warm as it's been, the big cats and bull bream will be prowling very soon.
