Be on lookout for 16 gauge shells

Hi All

As dove season nears I am in hope that a retailer includes 16 gauge shells in their annual specials. If you see a retailer have a good sale please post. As many 16 gauge guns as there are out there, I am shocked that at least one ammo maker doesn't bump up production. Thanks all!

Local Wal-Mart over here at Rockwood going toward Harriman had few boxes a couple of weeks ago. Don't know if they still do. No sporting goods or gun stores will stock them like 12 gauge and 20 gauge. Call them.

Midway USA has Remington 16ga, 2 3/4", 1oz 8shot in stock for $9.19 per box and no tax. They also have free shipping right now on regular price items. I've not seen any in stores lately.

Sportsmans warehouse in Chattanooga has some. 8.99 a box for Remington. Picked up 4 boxes today to stash back.

I wish they would! I'd shoot my 16 more often if I could find a little easier!

I would think if an ammo manufacturer made a huge 16 gauge production run and promoted it at a decent price that sales would be through the roof!

Yep. Very true. I've got a Winchester Model 37 full choke, and would love it if some company would make a 1 1/4 oz. load.

Contact me if you are ever in the Knoxville area. My Dad had a Browning Sweet 16. My brother wanted the gun but didn't want the ammo? He doesn't hunt or shoot. I have about 3-5 boxes sitting around I will give you.
