Ballistics Chart

Any of you guys know where I can get a really complete ballistics chart that I can download to microsoft excel? I have scoured the internet and can't seem to find one.

See if you can download the data in comma delimited, space, delim, or Pipe delim {|} and then load that data in to your own Spreadsheet.

That is where I am having trouble though. I can't find any complete ballistics chart that I can even download into anything besides a pdf.

Does your Excel support retrieving data from the web? Open up the data tab, select "From WEB" and enter the site where you see the ballistics chart.

My personal copy of Excel is really old but my work copy has this functionality.

I use the free JBM online calculator and when I make charts for a certain rifle I just type the info I want on Word and print it off,,

Mr. B, you have a notebook you keep your notes in?

I was, but no longer am, a proponent of online record keeping.

I have tried multiple times but with the graphics I am finding they won't let me click the individual sheets to import so it typically on imports a few lines of data.

I really just want a full chart that I can manipulate so I can look at different loads velocity and energy and compare.

Try going to Google and looking up

"ballistic software"

or

"ballistic tables"

I can see what you are experiencing, no one wants to let go of their data.

Chrony wants to sell their own....it ain't cheap....best of luck.
