Bacon Grease Rubbed Tenderloin

Cooked down some bacon yesterday and left the grease in the skillet overnight. Slowly brought it up on low heat until liquid and rubbed the tenderloins before adding fresh cracked pepper and salt. About to sear them and give it a try!
