Ethan and I took a break from turkey hunting and hit the MS marsh. Got on a good topwater bite again, but they were all missing it first swipe and coming back after a twitch and sucking it in. We ended up with 5 reds (kept 2), 3 or 4 bass that were large for the marsh (released), and 7 or 8 specks, but only 1 of those was legal. Plenty for supper. Only saw 1 other boat the whole day.
