AR ??

Ill be buying/building a AR soon. My first question is, is there any difference in the 30 round clips. And who has the best price. Also what/where do yall buy ammo and whats a good one to get

There is a difference, and there are tons of manufacturers. Just read some reviews on whatever you find a deal on. Can't go wrong with magpul. Brownells had Troy battlemags 3 for $25 and they are great mags fwiw. Ammo depends on what you want to do with it. Plinking, varmint, target, shtf? Want to keep brass for reloading? As for where... Midway has been hard to beat. Cheaper than dirt is good too! Palmetto state had some sales but think they are about over... Hope this helps

I have had really good luck with Magpul 30 rounds mags and I always get the Gen 2 mags. For ammo, just for shooting and plinking, I really like XM193

I ordered 4 thirty round magpul clips. I think they were 13 bucks a piece. And 400 rounds. Scope mounts are also ordered

Congrats on joining the world of evil black rifles! LOL. As far as mags go, I like the military metal ones just as well as any of the others. Oh yeah, in the ar world they are are mags or magazines, NOT clips. Some folks will give you a hard time over saying clips.
