Give the License Sales Div. a call at 615-781-5270 to see how that is being handled. Since it is basically a hunter safety exemption and not a license, I'm not sure on how they are handling it. You will need to get him the Apprentice, just not sure if they charge a lifetime license holder or not. The Sales Div. can handle it for you.
