I think it's a bobcat, look at the back leg just left of the stump.

OK, I see the back of the cat, but what about the funny looking critter's face at the bottom right of the photo? Straight down from the stump, almost to the photo's edge. Looks like an opossum, or piglet with a collar. Boy the fun of low quality night IR photos... lets ones imagination run wild.
