Anyone know who makes PowerMax bullets?

Anyone know who makes the bonded PowerMax bullets for Winchester? I have been looking for some of the 95gr to load in a 243. The closest thing I can find is Berger HPBT 95gr Classic Hunter but they are not bonded. Why do some companies act like it's a giant secret where they get their bullets from?

Sorry, don't know who makes the Powermax bullet.

They probably don't want to pay a royalty to the bullet manufacturer. For sure, Nosler gets money for use of their name(s).

I gave up on finding them. I searched online every where with no luck. I also couldn't find the Winchester Deer Season XP bullets and I have one 243 that loves those things. I put 4 touching in a nice tight little circle yesterday, No way was I firing a 5th one! Ha I believe its the same bullet Browning is loading in their ammo but who knows!

Winchester owns Browning, so that makes sense
