Looking for a couple recipes where you use morel mushrooms in conjunction with other wild game, like maybe turkey.
Wanting something I can use for an article.
Thanks!

Dried or fresh? Side dish of whole, or maybe a chopped accompaniment?

With turkey, I think a morel risotto would be very hard to beat, especially if you're only using turkey breasts. For venison, I'd chop them up & saute in butter, then deglaze the pan with a good red wine, then reduce into a thick sauce.

If they're dried, grind into powder and use as a rub.

Not incorporated into a recipe but when fortunate enough to find morels and get a turkey we will strip or chunk turkey breast and bread and fry.....same with the morels....then make homemade blooming onion dipping sauce.....great meal fresh from the woods.

Not a wild game pizza recipe ....but we will saute morels in butter then pile them on top of a homemade pizza.... amazing.

Saute in butter and add on top of farm fresh scrambled eggs. (Hi my name is double ridge and I'm a morel addict)
