anyone done venison bologna?

Any good recipes or tips to share? I am going to try to make a few new things this year with bologna being at the top of my list.
Also going to try some corned venison.

Corned venison is easy...I've never seen a bologna recipe though

Venison pastrami is crazy good. Bologna recipe should be easy enough to find, and you could try several at once, jalapeno, garlic,pickle, olive.

Super easy. You basically grind it several times and fine. Add whatever spices you like and bake. I slice mine and freeze. Jalapeño is my favorite.

Kaufmans over in Como TN makes some incredibly good deer bologna.
