i just got a new Triumph and was wondering what yall were shooting in them. i have a older model Knight and was using 777 primers,100gr 777 pellets, and 295gr powerbelts hp. i was wanting to use different bullets and wondering what yall used. 777 pellets burn alittle hotter than pyrodex i believe, so i dont think 150grains of 777 would be a good idea? what would be a accurate combo for the Triumph? thanks

tc shockwaves are the way to go,never had a deer run more than 20 yds, most dropped where i shot them...i think i shoot 265 grn,100 grns of pyrodex pellets, and 777 primers,i shoot them out of triumph, omega, and my grandpa shoots them out of his cva wolf.

Barrel is a little tighter than on my CVA Optima, so I use the TC Superglide sabots (bought in bulk) with 300 gr Hornady XTP Mag bullets. 110 gr 777.

i got one last year and it was the best thing i ever did

i shoot the 250gr shockwaves and 100gr of blackhorn 209 with federal primers

i shot 3 shots at 50yds and they were touching
then backed off to 100yds and shot 3 shots again and it was less than 1" group

the superglides made me want to wrap the gun barrel around a tree but the reg. 250gr shockwaves made that much difference

I have a Triumph. Last summer I tried Black powder, pyrodex pellets, Pinnacle, and 777 pellets in combo with 240 xtp's, 300 and 260 gr Dead Center bullets. 2 50gr pyro pellets and the 240 xtp performed best for me.
