Tried it this afternoon buttoned up in a shooting house. I lasted about an hour.
I went out mid day for an hour. Realized deer were probably well hidden and laughing at me so I went in.

I went out for about 3 hours but still hunted. It was brutal but I ended up seeing 9. Just no shooters.
Nope, not too hunt, but been out in it plenty today dealing with animals. Just had to get back out in it figure out why the power in my detached garage was out.
Stayed warm until I had to take off my gloves to gut him

I saw a ton of deer this evening. Saw at least 2 nice bucks but couldn't get a good enough look at either to feel comfortable trying to use my last tag.
I'll give it to you , your tougher than me . Congrats on a nice buck . I hunted once in Giles Co. 9° with a wind chill of -9° . Mustache froze solid tried still hunting to stay warm but ground sounding like walking on egg shells . Ain't that tough(stupid) anyore .

The 870 of the rifle world. The ADL 700 and the 870 have done a lot of killing
I was outside but smoking a ham.
They were moving good. Hunted from 1:45 till dark, saw about 10 deer with two being nice bucks wearing half their headgear. Saw them all from 4:00 on.
