Any Leases Still Available?

Hey guys,

I was wondering if anyone had a few spots open on any leases still for $400 or less a person. I know this isn't much but it's what we're working with. It would be me and two other fellas and we all live in middle TN (Smyrna, mt. Juliet, and Lebanon). We'd like something within an hour and a half.

Look in the lease forum at the perry county lease, I know it's a little more than you want to spend but it seems like a good one to get on.
