I thought about how doves love corn. So I set these on a bed of parmesan polenta.

That's the best looking dove I've ever seen.

I bet you were hungry, too, after pulling out all those feathers.

I always feel bad because I won't even take the time to pluck a turkey.

Plucking really didn't take that long. Maybe a minute per bird and an additional two minutes fishing out what I missed.
