I am not sure I have the time to ever try this. I would be so drunk and passed out by the time I got through this day of cooking that the wife and kid would be the only ones reaping the rewards of my efforts. It looks freaking delicious. Let me know how it turns out
 
Boiled ribs? Liquid smoke? Were you hitting the bottle a little heavy last night? :D

LOL, I was thinking the same thing :)

Sort of ironic that it mentions liquid smoke, but then involves smoking...

I think I'd have to save up 3 or 4 deer's worth of ribs to even consider doing this recipe. As you said, Poser, this one is "ambitious"!
