you can now sit in a vehicle on private land where you have permission and call it hunting? i sure hope im wrong because it sure aint hunting just target practice

i see it as no different than sitting in a shooting house.
It is now legal to sit in a stationary vehicle that can be road registered just like it has been for the UTVs for several year.
It is still illegal to shoot from moving vehicles or to shoot on or across public roads.
