Almost. Fired up the smoker about 7 last night. Sweated profusely but kept it going until about midnight when I transferred the roast to the oven. The pork began falling apart about 7 this morning. Worked out fine. Made a key lime pie for good measure and a martini for medicinal purposes. I'm done for the day. Dinner should be nice.
