Alabama is 5 hooks. If I'm in TN,MS, AL I fish it the same. 2 bottom hooks a lighter weight, middle a heavier weight and on top two dummy rigs with just screw locks. If they're going to Guntersville this weekend might want to try just a big 6 or 7 inch hollow body swimbait rigged weedless fished slow.
