Really atypical wear pattern. Excessive wear on PM3 compared to the molars. Some type of jaw defect for sure. That being said, the overall picture would indicate somewhere between 5.5 and 7.5

Can't imagine was any younger than 5 1/2,
but may have been much older.

OLD!!!

When you see teeth that "short" from the side view, no top down view is needed. You can rest assured 5.5+, and I would bet 7.5+ on them.

I think you guys are as good at pictures as most in person. Landowner and I had it at 6.5. I'm not sure what his specific criteria was, but he was looking for something different in 7.5 and was pretty confident in 6.5.

I'm saving jawbones for a hands-on reference tool and this is the first 6.5. Of course my daughter killed it .
