Age the one I killed

Here's a trail cam pic of him. I'll pull the jaws out today and post pics. What you think?

Tough angle and even tougher without the date. Going by this picture and the kill photo. 4.5 is my guess

Yeah, that pic I definitely not the best for aging. Putting that pic and your kill pic in the other post together I'm going to say 4.5. Key give aways for me are his brisket and deep chest.

Date of photo? Bad angle to age a deer as well. Kill pic looks 5.5, trail cam pic looks 3.5 if that's the only pic I had of him.

That picture screams 3.5

Difficult to judge age because you can't see how the neck and shoulder come together. But typical of what you might see in the woods. I'm going to say 4.5 but would have to pass on him if I was strictly shooting on age with a minimum of 4.5 because he is so in between with that angle. On antler score I'd shoot him all day long. Nice buck!
