Something looks really off with his front shoulder…look how high his first joint is on that leg. Looks like a birth defect almost…

Everything looking a bit "off" is why multiple pics can help tremendously.
But I think he's likely 4 1/2 or older (possibly a lot older).
Post some new pics from late October, and suspect his neck will more closely match his body.

Neck looks spindly compared to rest of body. Don't put too much stock in just one photo from one angle.
