OK, you have a dead coyote on the ground. Then what? I know of a guy who traps but what do I do until I can contact him...if he wants the hide? Thanks.

Leave em lay, or drag to the old river channel and let the turtles eat em.

If your concern is preserving the hide but you don't want to skin it out for him, freezing the whole thing would be an option.
