AEDC

Did see another post about aedc but didnt want to hack it. My dad and I got drawn for the fri-sun after thanksgiving. Hunted there about 10 years ago and knowing things change alot would love some advice on where to do some scouting. Any info is greatly appreciated.

units 3,4,5&6, Thats kinda why I was hoping for some info from some locals or people who have hunted the place.

I havent hunted here in about 4 years but every year that we went we have had some one in our group hunt the area around the S turn on pine tree rd right there on the same road as the campground. After the turn and before the big hill if you are coming from the HWY there will be a little turn off/area to park on the left side, about 50 yrds off the rd there was a thick patch of pines depending on the wind we would set up off that thicket. We have had someone kill a deer from that area every year. May not see a monster but if you play the wind right in there you should see some deer. Good luck to you guys.

Sounds good timberjack86 good luck to you friend. Ive got a couple places im wanting to scout, found them by google maps. Ive not been there in many many years.
