For those who rattle how long do you rattle at a time, do you mix it up with other sounds?

I don't rattle a whole lot but I do 30 second segments mixed with a few grunts, even hit some saplings and rake the leaves when I can, try to make it as realistic as possible.

30-60 seconds. Closer to rut I mix in grunts and raking. If you've ever heard a real deal fight going on they don't hold back.
