Looks like we have a couple of nice bucks so far this year.

Great start, thanks for sharing. I'm just getting yearling bucks on my cams in TN, but I have seen some incredible early June growth out of Kentucky and the Midwest.

I usually get 1-2 per year that ask to bow hunt. Last year was 4.

They usually knock on my neighbor's door first though because my field says it's owned by my neighbors on onx. We bought it from them a while ago but the records aren't updated on the map.

Funny story: I was on the phone the same evening as I took that picture and I turned around and a different buck was standing under a cedar tree along my driveway. He was maybe 15yds away. I have no idea how long he had been there but he didn't run away until my dog noticed him and tried to sniff him through the fence. Later that evening I came outside after putting my son to bed and my flood lights were on. The same buck was back and was licking my grill grates where I had cooked a chicken earlier in the day.

I've got a couple of spikes 🤣. If I had good bucks like y'all on camera I'd go nuts waiting on archery to get here

😂😂😂 You get used to it. But yeah it can get pretty nail bitey by mid August. Then poof! Disappointment sets in as they disappear lol. And the anticipation grows again going in to October as you're waiting to see which bucks return, if there are any new guys showing up, etc. It's a vicious cycle that plays out year after year for me ..... and I love it!!!

Finally got one showing potential. Pretty sure he's 4yrs this year, if it's the deer I'm thinking it is.

And this guy I'm almost certain I know because of his tall right brow & low left. If so then he's a 3yr old. Should fun to see how they develop. Hopefully I get a big guy come in for the fall, but so far doesn't seem like I'll be doing a velvet hunt this season.

Had a bachelor group of 3 bucks come in this morning around 10am. 2 of them will be 7/8pt and the other will be a 5/6pt. East TN mountain deer. Still hoping the moose from last season shows back up.

Heres some videos of them with my Tactacam Reveal XB. Love the video quality of this camera, way better than the Reveal X Gen2
