357 marlin

i got a pre safty 357 marlin carbine {16 inch barrel}. and a marlin 35rem with safty but still j/m gun . what are they worth .toying with selling both

i have been offered 400 for it . from what i have googled i see them from 400 and up to 700 . with one being 900 on crigslist . not sure why but that what he had it priced at . not sure i want to sell just thinking about some new toys id like to have .lol
