I got the scope base pulled back off and added some locktite to the screws put it all back on today and got a real 100 yd zero. I did'nt shoot any groups at 100 instead I backed off to 258yds (as far as I can shoot behind my house) shooting the 250 grain nosler accubonds this thing is impressive I shot several sub 2" groups at 250 which is good for me. Then I got bored with that and opened a box of skeet and arranged them in the dirt backstop and went 20 for 20 on those.

I know 250 is nothing for the Lapua but this was my first real day shooting and 250 is all the room I have at the house. I believe the gun is really going to shine once I go the farm where I can stretch it out.

This is all worthless without pics but I was too lazy to go get my camera out of the boat.

it is very easy to get hooked on shooting that kind of bullets at longer range,

it wont show up this side of 750 but on out there them 300 gr bullets easing along about 2750 are unreal on out at 1,000 to 12-1500 yards,

I wish I could afford a 5 gallon bucket full

I saw a gun just like yours in Lebanon the other day,,dont know if I want one or deal with having a 338 Edge built from my 700 RUM action,,
