Why is the second shot impact 5-6 inches lower than the first shot at 200 yards. The bases and mounts are tight. Would the barrel get hot enough to do that after two shots?

We need more info. What's your group at 100. What kind of ammo. Handloads. Factory. Your ability. A lot harder to shoot a tight group at 200 than 100 obviously. A 5 inch group doesn't sound unreasonable with factory ammo and the occasional shooter

Are you shooting a clean barrel on the first shot? Does it still do it if you let it cool 5-10 minutes between shots?

Change the scope and see if the problem persists. Be sure the scope rings have inserts.

You shooting 180's or what?

The gun does the same with 2 different factory loads. 150 grain ammo

It may not like 150g try some 180g ,most guns will shoot great but may cost some $ testing
