Finally received a supply of these for my bolt 223. Will try to get some loaded and out to the range.

Sure wish my 22-250 twist was fast enough to handle these....may give it a quick try but last time I keyholed at 25 yards.

I am sure you need at least a 10 twist and a 9 would be better...I bet they will be real good in a 223...probably be an ideal coyote bullet also

Bolt is 1 in 9 and should stabilize. Light weight and low recoil, I will probably be carrying this a lot this year provided the accuracy shows up. The gun shoots a 60 gr partition over a max load of H335 into one raggedy hole at 100, Weaver glass. I have 5 of the listed Hodgdon powders so am expecting good things.

Interesting, Nosler has no load data. I have let them know I could use their kind advice, lets see how long it takes.

My Browning A-Bolt 22-250 is the standard 1 in 14 twist but does an excellent job of keeping a 60 gr partition on the straight and narrow with a Hodgdon book max load of Superformance. This is my very favorite coyote gun.

Now that my right eye vision is only miserable maybe I can try reloading again. Been almost a year. My Sons are going to backstop me.

Very nice. Has anybody heard of a cartridge called the .224 Texas Trophy Hunter? Its a 6mm Rem. necked down to .224 but, with a fast twist like 1-8".

Yes, and it sounds like a fun cartridge. I really like the .22 centerfires, and I'd bet that the 70 Accubond would be a great bullet for that cartridge.

I first read about it in Cartridges of the World. They load custom controlled expansion bullet up to about 80 gr. Supposed to be a deadly cartridge.
