I think the 2nd pop is near in Rutherford. I have cell cams out and got pics of bucks trailing does starting around Nov. 9th and I forgot to mention above that I did see an 8 pt with a doe on Nov. 10th. I think they went int he woods and he bred her, because she came tearing out of there and he didn't. I'm totally speculating, but it seems he got what he wanted and moved on.
I had bucks trailing does in daylight (mature bucks) around the 15th-16th of Nov., and then when I normally see some rut action (around thanksgiving) nothing, just bucks walking around by themselves. I did see the one chase around thanksgiving I mentioned above.
In the past I have counted 28 days from when I saw mature bucks out in daylight and low and behold I have gotten daylight pics of them. Unfortunately work gets in the way a lot of the time. 28 days from the 15th is the 12th, if you count the 15th. I'll be at work... :(

Be careful with that, I'm pretty sure that's considered baiting.Rev3:20":34l7snqj said:If youve got any white oak acorns in your yard rake them up and throw them under a white oak near your stand because i think the woods is picked clean. This was cumberland county.
