One lone 6 pt came cruising thru by my stand yesterday eve late. Seq Co. I have yet to see any does, any, since early bow season.

Still seeing bucks chasing on the way to and from work in Hickman. Not as many as Friday and Saturday, but saw a good looking 10 point after work today....wish I could get a day off

I seen a nice 6 point running across the road in a NEIGHBORHOOD on Sunday at noon and another pretty 8 point crossing traffic early this morning in Blount/Knox county area. I'd say its getting close here.

Finally saw a chase in western Fayette Co. Sunday. Then Mon saw 3 does still grouped. I think it's finally starting to get kicked off out west.

i'm over in east tn.Finally had on cam A mature buck and a spike chasing doe's.I have a group of 5 resident doe's nothing on them all year except for yesterday.

Lots of buck activity in Blount county the past week, chasing and cruising, I've gotten a few daytime pics of the one I'm after but of course it was days I had to work... I've seen 7 different younger bucks in 4 sits and numerous others driving around.

Any updates in Rutherford, cannon area?

Not seen much in Readyville. One chase where a 4 pt chased a doe, back around thanksgiving, but other than that, just random bucks showing up and cruising. I hardly see any chasing though. It seems we get a trickle rut every year.

I havent seen the first buck yet in Monroe near tellico lake. Seen good rubs and found a scrape. Maybe they've all been killed already??? Lol

Saw a spike chase a doe into some woods and within 20 seconds came sprinting back with a 4 point grunt at her while chasing and spike slowly behind. Hardeman Co

About a week late over here I'd say. Activity has dropped way off. Waiting now for clean up round.

Wayne Co update anyone?
Haven't been in the area in 2 weeks due to weather but they hadn't even started on my property yet. Knowing my luck it'll have come and gone before I get back down there

Just got to watch a buck breeding a doe in Rutherford county

I think the 2nd pop is near in Rutherford. I have cell cams out and got pics of bucks trailing does starting around Nov. 9th and I forgot to mention above that I did see an 8 pt with a doe on Nov. 10th. I think they went int he woods and he bred her, because she came tearing out of there and he didn't. I'm totally speculating, but it seems he got what he wanted and moved on.

I had bucks trailing does in daylight (mature bucks) around the 15th-16th of Nov., and then when I normally see some rut action (around thanksgiving) nothing, just bucks walking around by themselves. I did see the one chase around thanksgiving I mentioned above.

In the past I have counted 28 days from when I saw mature bucks out in daylight and low and behold I have gotten daylight pics of them. Unfortunately work gets in the way a lot of the time. 28 days from the 15th is the 12th, if you count the 15th. I'll be at work... :(
