2017 Lil Guy teardrop camper. Got it all, a/c-heat, hot water, water and sewer hookup, shower, toilet, tv, radio, refrigerator, gas stovetop, new tires and battery, pretty much the full deal in a smaller package, most any truck or suv can tow it, has trailer brakes and it will be pretty much turnkey as all the "stuff" you'd need comes with it. Has been kept under cover since we got it new in 2017 and if you have someone come disassemble it the cover shed comes with it. Pm me, I have a video I can send. $13,000.00

One thing we did with another camper we had years ago was when our daughter was in school at Knoxville we'd take the camper up there and stay at the campground across the river, pretty close to UT, we'd tell her we were gonna be there and surprisingly she and her friends would stop by fairly often so we got to see her, sometimes she's even stay the night with us. We went up pretty regular for ball games and all.

I'm pretty sure I've seen it on Marketplace. That's a good price. For comparison I bought a 2018 with the clam shell rear outdoor kitchen for 12.5 in SC. But I had to buy 3 new tires, pack and seal bearings, and pay Nashville RV service the Alde boiler system (suggested every 2-3 years) I'll figure how to service that myself in the future.
Plus he's throwing in all the RV stuff and a carport!

I can't believe it hasn't sold myself, I mean just the fact that it belongs to me increases it's value exponentially above the actual value of the camper itself, kinda like that guy that paid $15k for Elvis's toenail clipping or something!
