2016-2017 Tennessee Hunting & Trapping Guide

I noticed in the new Hunting Guide that is available for print on TWRA's website that the Richard's Sporting Goods coupon is no longer available as it was in previous years and has been replaced by a redeemable coupon to Bud's Gun Shop in Sevierville. Why is this and why wasn't a sporting goods dealer with locations across the state solicited instead of one only located in East Tennessee??

The publishing company that does the HG is the one that solicits the advertising for the Guide. The advertising money is used to offset the cost of printing the Guide. I'm sure that Dicks didn't continue their ad with the coupon. It was not replaced by Bud's.

TWRA has nothing to do with that process.
